## Overview

## Use cases

Personalize the user experience based on the following conditions:

- Show a Welcome Pop-up to new users based on their Job Information and employment type.
- Show a Success or Task completion Pop-up when a process is done using the Business Unit information.
- Trigger a Flow automatically when they log in or complete a specific task based on their User Role and Department.
- Show survey forms in a Pop-up to get user feedback from a department.

This integration is not available for [Self Hosted](/studio/docs/self-hosting-whatfix-content) mode of deployment.
