# Pop-up Images/Videos do not appear to end users

## Issue

The images and videos attached to Pop-ups seem to break when displayed to end users.

## Probable Cause

One of the reasons why images or videos do not appear is if the Pop-up is shown on a secure webpage **(https)** and the image or video is hosted on a non-secure website **(http)**.

## Suggested Solution

Make sure the image or video is hosted on a secure media sharing website. Secure sites can be validated by ensuring the embedded URL of the image or video starts with **https**.
