--- title: "Trigger a Flow using the Pop-up Visual Editor" slug: "pop-up-with-flow-attached" updated: 2026-08-11T06:59:40Z published: 2026-08-11T06:59:40Z canonical: "support.whatfix.com/pop-up-with-flow-attached" --- > ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://support.whatfix.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Trigger a Flow using the Pop-up Visual Editor A Pop-up can Trigger a Flow to inform your users about a new feature and then guide them through each step of the workflow. > [!WARNING] > Note: > > - Ensure that you've created the necessary Flow before creating the Pop-up. > - If your end user completes the Flow till the end, then the Pop-up does not appear again irrespective of the occurrence count set. > - If the end user doesn't complete the Flow, the Pop-up appears as per the configured occurrence count. > - If you want to continue showing the Pop-up even after the end user completes the attached Flow, select the checkbox under **Set Visibility Rules**.
