You can embed a survey in a Whatfix pop-up to get users' opinions and feedback. Whatfix supports all the major survey forms like Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics Forms, Microsoft Forms, etc.
Make sure you have the survey form link handy before creating the Pop-up.
Use the following steps to attach a survey to a pop-up:
-
Log in to the application where you want to create content, and then launch Whatfix Studio.
-
On the Whatfix Studio, click Popup.
-
Choose the color theme using the Theme dropdown.
NoteYou can also use your custom color by entering the hex color code in the text box.
- Select the Surveys/Opinions template.
Survey forms can be attached to a popup only using the Surveys/Opinions template.
-
Enter a name for the popup segment.
-
Click Insert Survey Link, and then enter the survey form URL.
-
Once the survey form is embedded, click Save Popup.
- Click the Save button to save the pop-up as an inactive draft.
- You can resume editing the pop-up using the dashboard.
-
On the Whatfix dashboard, hover your cursor over the pop-up you want to edit, and then click the Edit icon.
-
To configure the Visibility Rules for the Pop-up, click Set Visibility Rules.
-
Click Edit Pop-up or Finish Later depending on your preference.
