# Preview Smart Tips

Use the **See live** option or the **Preview mode** icon in the Studio to preview the Smart Tip collection before publishing. This helps you test the segment as your users experience it.

Note:

Once you create the Smart Tip collection, a segment containing your collection is auto-created on your Whatfix Dashboard.

## Previewing a Smart Tips Collection

Preview using the See live option

Use the following steps to preview a Smart Tip Collection using the **See live** option:

1. Hover over the Smart Tip you want to preview, and then click the **See live** icon.

Note

Clicking the **See live** button redirects you to the application you have created the Tip on and displays how the content would appear to the end user.

Preview using the Preview mode icon on Studio 

Use the following steps to preview a Smart Tip Collection using the **Preview Mode** icon on the Whatfix Studio:

1. Click **Enter**.

1. Refresh your application tab to start previewing content.
