# QuickRead is not giving a response

## Issue

When you search in Self Help, QuickRead gives the following response:

**I'm not sure how to answer that. Can you rephrase your question?**

## Probable Causes

- The information relevant to your query does not exist in any Whatfix content or integrated repository.
- The information relevant to your query is not crawled during repository integration because the content inside the repository link exceeds 200 MB in size.
- The information relevant to your query is part of an authenticated repository.
- The information relevant to your query is part of a repository link that has not been processed by QuickRead yet. For more information, see [I can see repository links in the Self Help widget but not in the QuickRead response](/studio/docs/i-can-see-repository-links-as-a-part-of-the-self-help-widget-but-not-quickread){target=`_blank`}.
- You do not have the appropriate role to view the information relevant to your query. The relevant content contains [Role tags](/studio/docs/display-content-based-on-user-roles){target=`_blank`} that restrict you from seeing it.

You must tag your content with a Tag or combination of Tags that are present on the page. To check which Tags are loading on a particular page, use Whatfix's debugging commands in your browser's Developer Tools.

## Suggested Solutions

- Add the relevant information to a repository that does not require authentication or, as Whatfix content.
- Ensure that the content inside the links in your repositories do not exceed 200 MB in size.
- Enable [End-user Authentication](/studio/docs/end-user-authentication-for-browser-extensions){target=`_blank`} for repository links. To enable end-user authentication, contact [support@whatfix.com](mailto:support@whatfix.com?subject=Enable%20End-user%20Authentication%20&body=Hi%20team%2C%0A%0AKindly%20enable%20End%20user%20Authentication%20for%20my%20account.%0AENT%20ID%3A%0ADeployment%20mode%3A){target=`_blank`}. Additionally, ensure that the Single Sign-On (SSO) of your base application matches the SSO for the repository.
- Wait for your repository links to be processed by QuickRead. For information about how long QuickRead takes to process your repository links, see [How to Enable QuickRead](/studio/docs/enable-quickread#processing-info){target=`_blank`}.
- Ensure you have the correct user role, or [add the required Role tags](/studio/docs/add-tags-to-content){target=`_blank`} to the relevant content.
