In that case, please re-enable it using the steps below. ### Why this happened The latest Whatfix Studio update requests a new browser permission, **Manage your downloads**. This permission lets you download Diagnostics debugging logs from Whatfix Studio directly to your system. These logs help you and the Whatfix team troubleshoot issues with your content faster. Chrome and Edge automatically disable an extension when an update requests new permissions, until you approve them. Whatfix can’t re-enable the extension on your behalf, so you’ll need to approve the permission yourself, or **ask your IT team to re-enable the Whatfix Studio extension**. > [!WARNING] > Note: > > If your browser settings don’t allow you to re-enable the extension, contact your IT team or reach out to [support@whatfix.com](mailto:support@whatfix.com?subject=Whatfix%20Studio%20disabled%20in%20Chrome%20or%20Edge&body=Hi%20Whatfix%20Support%2C%0A%0AI%20re-enabled%20the%20Whatfix%20Studio%20extension%20in%20my%20browser%2C%20but%20the%20issue%20persists.%0A%0AAccount%20name%3A%0ABrowser%20and%20version%3A%0A%0AThanks). ### Steps to re-enable Whatfix Studio Re-enable Whatfix Studio in Chrome or Edge to continue creating content as usual.
