### Probable Causes

- If your repository is authenticated, the provided credentials might be incorrect.
- IP address restrictions might be preventing the integration.
- Whatfix could not crawl the repository content due to an internal error.

### Suggested Solutions

- [Delete your repository](/studio/docs/delete-a-content-repository) and integrate it again with the correct credentials.
- Reach out to your IT team to whitelist the [required IP addresses](/studio/docs/what-are-the-trusted-whatfix-ip-addresses-to-whitelist).
- If the integration failed due to an internal error, reach out to [support@whatfix.com](mailto:support@whatfix.com?subject=Repository%20failed%20to%20integrate&body=Hi%20team%2C%0A%0APlease%20assist%20with%20the%20failed%20integration%20of%20my%20repository.%0ARepository%20name%3A%0AENT%20ID%3A%0A%0ARegards%2C).
