# Share Flows as PDF

Whatfix enables you to share your Flows as PDFs. Any Flow on the Whatfix Dashboard can be emailed to a customer as an attachment.

          **Info**:

          

- If the Flow title includes spaces or any special characters such as **—**, **<**, **>**, **:**, **"**, **/**, **|**, **?**, *, **#**, **%**, **period (.)**, and **comma (,)**, they are replaced with an **underscore (_)** when content is shared to prevent errors.
- Whatfix enables you to customize a PDF template by adding your company logo, and including or removing the header and footer section. For more information see, [Customize a PDF template](/studio/docs/customizing-a-pdf-template).

Use the following steps to share a Flow as a PDF:

You can share up to **10 Flows** at a time.

          **Note**:

          

- Emails are sent from the **support@whatfix.com** address with the subject line **—Flows shared by <user_name>**.
- By default, Flows can be shared only to people whose email address belongs to your organization's domain. To add additional domains, contact  [support@whatfix.com](mailto:support@whatfix.com?Subject=Add%20additional%20domain%20as%20email%20recipient.%20&amp;Body=Hello%20Team%2C%0A%0ATo%20receive%20flows%20as%20PDFs%2C%20please%20add%20the%20following%20domain%20as%20email%20recipient.%0A%0AThanks%20and%20regards.).
