# Smart Tips disappear on scroll

#### Issue

You have created a Smart Tip on an element. The element is on the header of a page. However, when you scroll away, the Smart Tip disappears.

#### Probable Cause

A Smart Tip remains visible when the attached element continues to stay fixed on the screen. However, if you scroll away from the element, the Smart Tip disappears.

#### Suggested Solution

To ensure that the Smart Tip remains fixed while scrolling, use the Content Anchoring method. Anchoring the Smart Tip to the page ensures it stays in a fixed position, regardless of scrolling. This prevents the Smart Tip from disappearing when the element moves out of view.
