# Error: This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.

**Issue**

When you embed a third party Survey link in a [Pop-up](/studio/docs/pop-ups), the following error message appears: **This****content****is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue**.

**Probable Causes**

You may see this error message in the following scenarios:

- Whatfix’s Content Security Policy prevents access to unauthorized sites and domains.
- Existing CSP rules block all unknown websites.

**Suggested Solution**

The domain from where you host the Survey must [whitelist Whatfix](/studio/docs/what-are-the-trusted-whatfix-domains-to-whitelist) and your network provider. For example, if you host a Survey on SurveyMonkey, then the URL https://uk.surveymonkey.com must whitelist Whatfix and Proximus (ISP) domains.
