The new translation experience is a Beta feature. To enable this experience, contact support@whatfix.com.
When you translate any content on Whatfix, it's only the content that you add as text that is translated. However, your end users see other content that if not translated, appears in the default language. This UI text is called Custom Labels. Some examples are the Next or Back button on any Flow step.
Whatfix enables you to translate these custom labels in the Whatfix UI so that they are consistent with the rest of the content you create, and adheres to the branding guidelines of your organization. For example, you can change the default Self Help search field text to Italian, Enter your search criteria here to Inserisci qui i tuoi criteri di ricerca.
For more information on the labels and a list of all the labels available in Whatfix, see List of labels in Whatfix.
