# Error: HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error

## Issue
You get a **HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error** when trying to download an exported package from the Whatfix dashboard.

## Probable Cause
This issue occurs if you do not have an active session of the Whatfix dashboard open.

## Suggested Solution
Log into your Whatfix dashboard in the same browser and open the download link in another tab.
