# Unable to install Whatfix Studio on Chrome

## Issue

## Probable Cause

Your organization's IT policy does not allow you to download any third-party extensions.

## Suggested Solution

Reach out to your IT team and request them to whitelist the Whatfix Studio extension or add the extension ID to their allowed list.
