Issue
You are unable to install the Whatfix extension on your system. When you try to install the Whatfix extension, you get the Extension installation is blocked by policy error.
Probable Cause
The Whatfix extension may have been blocked by the IT team of your organization, or it may have been mass deployed on all systems, in which case the extension needs to be deployed by an IT Admin.
Suggested Solution
Use one of the following methods to solve this issue:
- Contact your IT Admin to unblock the installation of the Whatfix extension on your system.
- In case the extension was mass deployed, contact your IT Admin to install it.
