# Unable to see content with Preview extension

### Issue

You are unable to view content in the Draft or Ready stages using the Preview extension.

### Probable Cause

While Whatfix automatically updates the Preview extension, sometimes the Preview extension gets outdated due to it not being updated in a while.

### Suggested Solution

- For single-user installation:
  1. Remove the Preview extension from your browser. For more information, see [Uninstall an extension from Google Chrome](https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/answer/2664769?hl=en-GB).
  2. Re-install the Preview extension using Whatfix Studio. For more information, see [Install the Preview extension](/studio/docs/how-to-install-the-whatfix-developer-extension-in-google-chrome).
- For bulk installation: Contact your IT team to update the Preview extension.
