# Unable to see Flow Star rating analytics report

If you cannot see Star Rating feedback analytics in the Flow reports, it is usually due to one of the two reasons:

- The feature is not enabled: The Star Rating component requires a manual toggle to activate. Ensure that the feature is toggled on in your Flow settings.
- No data has been collected yet: Analytics will only populate once the feature is active and your end-users have started interacting with and submitting star ratings and/or feedback responses.

Here are the steps to enable the Star Rating feature in Flows at a Global level and Flow level:

**Configure the Start rating feature at a Global level**

**Configure the Start rating feature at a Flow level**

> Ensure you publish the Flow for the changes to reflect. Any changes made from the **Style** section affects all Flows.
