# Unable to see the Install Studio banner

## Issue

## Probable Causes

- You are trying to install Studio using the wrong Dashboard.
- The **Install studio to create content** banner won't be visible on your Dashboard if you have already installed the extension.

## Suggested Solution

If you are unable to install Studio using the Dashboard, click the following links based on your browser and install the Whatfix Studio extension:

- If you have the Whatfix US Dashboard, you have to use the Whatfix Studio US version to create content.
- If you have the Whatfix EU Dashboard, you have to use the Whatfix Studio EU version to create content.

If you have already installed the extension and cannot find it on the browser toolbar, you'll need to manually pin it in the newer versions of the Chrome browser to make it visible. Use the following steps to pin the extension:
