# Unable to use Unordered list formatting

## Issue
You are unable to use bullet list formatting for any of the tips you create in Flow step, Beacon, or a Smart Tip.

## Probable Cause
The bullet list formatting feature is not available for all users because it requires enabling a specific configuration which might not be enabled on all accounts.
