# Understand the Task List Analytics Report Data

Download the Task List Analytics Report Data from the **Task List** section in Guidance Analytics. For more information, see [Download Analytics Reports for the Task List](/studio/docs/downloading-analytics-reports-for-the-task-list).

The following table lists all the fields in the Task List Analytics report:

| Field Name | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Title | Title of the report, that is, **Whatfix Task List** |
| Account Name | Account name of the dashboard from where the report is generated |
| Export_From_Stage | The stage from which the Task List Analytics Report is generated. |
| Viewed Task Lists | Number of Task Lists that have been viewed at least once |
| Total Users | Total number of users who engaged with the Task List |
| Start Date | The date from which you want the data to be filtered |
| End Date | The date to which you want the data to be filtered |
| Filters Include | All domains from where you want to see the data. For more information, see [Analytics Filters](/studio/docs/analytics-filters-domain-filter). |
| Filters Exclude | All domains from where you don't want to see the data. For more information, see [Analytics Filters](/studio/docs/analytics-filters-domain-filter). |
| Tasklist Name | Name of the Task List |
| Task Status | Is the task currently active in the Task List? |
| Taskname | Name of the task within the Task List |
| Username | The email address or any other unique idenifier of the user |
| Status | Task completion status |
| Content Type | The content type of the Task. For example, text, video, or link |
| Goal Completed | Shows if a goal has been assigned to a Flow in the Task List. If it is assigned, then it shows the completion status. For more information, see [Goal Management](https://support.whatfix.com/product-analytics/docs/goal-management). |
