View feedback received in Self Help

Whatfix enables you to access a report of the feedback received in Self Help from the Dashboard. This report includes details such as the sender of the feedback, submission date, the segment where the feedback was given, and more, all presented in a tabular format. Additionally, you have the option to download the report as a CSV file.
The New Guidance Analytics dashboard experience is a Beta feature. It will be enabled in batches starting on October 8, 2024. Contact support@whatfix.com for more information.
Expand the following accordions for more details.
- On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.

Click Self Help.

Set the filters for the data you want to see. For more information about Guidance analytics filters, see Analytics Filters - Domain Filter

Go to the Feedback section.
In the Feedback section, view a tabular report of the feedback received based on your applied filters. For more details about the columns in the table, see Self Help Analytics.
Click Export CSV to download the report as a CSV file.
