Content not showing up in Self Help

One of the reasons when a content does not appear in Self Help even after setting all the visibility rules is that it may not be associated with any page tag.
Smart Context enabled enterprises
- For static content such as Videos Links, and Texts, each content must have at least one tag for it to display in Self Help. Any content that is not tagged does not appear.
- For Dynamic content such as flows, if the content is not appearing in Self Help, contact firstname.lastname@example.org

- Check the visibility rules to ensure that the content is associated with the right page tag.
