# What actions are considered as engagement in Analytics?

Engagement refers to end-user interactions with Whatfix content. The following table lists such engagements:

| **Module** | **Action description** |
| --- | --- |
| Self Help | When Flows inside the Self Help are played. |
| When Static content is clicked. |
| Task List | When Flows inside the Task List are played. |
| When Static content is clicked. |

| Beacons | When a Beacon loads on the end user's page or the end user clicks the Beacon. |
