# What are the benefits of using Whatfix Content in LMS?

The benefits of using Whatfix content in your LMS include:

- No additional effort required to create courses.
- The **[See Live](/studio/docs/actions-on-flow-tiles-on-your-whatfix-dashboard)** option is better than watching a video or simulation because it enables end users to learn in the flow of work and follow the Flows live in the application.
- When embedding other Whatfix content outputs such as [slideshows](/studio/docs/whatfix-slideshows-1) or [article embeds](/studio/docs/using-the-article-embed-format), any changes made to the Flow automatically update the embedded content. This feature simplifies content maintenance.
