# Whatfix Studio does not work properly

**Note**

The following information applies only for Google Chrome users.

## Issue

- The **Add Step** button is not working
- Unable to save Smart Tips/Flow/Beacon

## Probable Cause

Google Chrome setting is set to block third-party cookies or all cookies.

If this setting is enabled then the Whatfix Studio extension cannot access the local storage of the browser and this leads to broken functionality in multiple areas.

## Suggested Solution

Enabling cookies in the Chrome settings can solve these issues. Use the following steps to do so,
