Whatfix Flow Videos in Wistia Channel are in Unpublished state

Issue

Whatfix Videos in the Wistia channel are unpublished.

Cause

If you've configured Wistia Channel in Whatfix then whenever Whatfix uploads new Flow videos, by default, the videos are in the Unpublished state.

You have to manually publish the videos so that your users can find the videos in the Wistia channel.

Solution

Whatfix recommends using Wistia Projects instead of Channels.

In Projects, whenever Whatfix uploads new Flow videos, by default, they are in the Published state and you don't have to manually publish them.
