What are Whatfix Pop-ups?

Whatfix Pop-ups are informational widgets that that appear on an application. Pop-ups can be used to inform end users about matters requiring immediate attention. Whatfix enables you to choose from 6 Pop-up templates. These templates convey various types of information and announcements to your users. For more information, see Choose the Pop-up template.
Use Pop-ups to:
- Introduce new features to your users and provide a product walkthrough by attaching the Pop-up with Flows.
- Notify users about product and software updates.
- Drive user action, such as completing a survey.
- Inform users about a celebratory event.
- Inform users about upcoming downtime.
Customize the Pop-up to appear only to a specific group of users sharing characteristics, such as a specific user role, new users, or users from the same department. For more information, see Schedule a Pop-up.
