Whatfix Popups are informational widgets that appear on an application. Use Popups to inform users about matters that need their immediate attention.
Whatfix provides a library of ready-to-use Popup templates for use cases such as announcements, alerts, and onboarding. For more information, see Create Popups with Templates.
Use Popups to:
Introduce new features to your users and provide a product walkthrough by attaching a Flow to the Popup.
Notify users about product and software updates.
Drive user action, such as completing a survey.
Inform users about a celebratory event.
Inform users about upcoming downtime.
To increase engagement and convey contextual information, add media and interactive content to a Popup, such as:
images and GIFs
videos
links
buttons that start a Flow or open a URL, such as a survey form
