Whatfix stores all content in the Whatfix Cloud according to data residency guidelines.
Note:
- Data is stored in Virginia, USA (East) and Arizona, USA (West) for Non-EU customers.
- Data is stored in Switzerland and Ireland for EU customers.
Info:
- The information is stored in a metadata format.
- The server stores the URL link, title, and content of the articles.
- When you search for a term in the knowledge base, the title and the content of the article are considered to generate results. However, if the term is found in the title, it is given higher priority.
