Whatfix enables you to configure the default Whatfix branding that appears on widgets and content. This ensures your end users experience a consistent look that matches your organization’s branding guidelines throughout your application.

The White-Label feature is a Service Add-On. To enable the feature, contact support@whatfix.com.
With the White-Label configuration, you can remove instances of the Powered by Whatfix message from the following Whatfix content and widgets:

Customize the default Whatfix branding
Whatfix enables you to customize the text, logo, and the redirect link of the branding message. In the above examples, the default text shows powered by and the Whatfix logo. You can choose to enter your own text, provide a redirect link (for example, your company’s landing page), and choose a logo that matches your organization’s branding guidelines. When end users click the branding message, they are redirected to a webpage of your choice.
