# Why do I see a tooltip in the Self Help widget?

When [QuickRead](/studio/docs/introduction-to-quickread){target=`_blank`} is enabled on your account, a tooltip appears on the search bar. The tooltip guides your end users through the process of using QuickRead. It appears only for first-time users of QuickRead.
