Introduction
Delivery Mode defines the way Pop-ups are communicated and displayed to end users. There are three ways Pop-ups can be displayed to end users. While configuring the Pop-up, content authors define the delivery mode depending on the significance of the communication type.
Types of Delivery Mode
Notifications: The Pop-up displays as a system notification. Access this Pop-up either by clicking the system notification you see or through the notification stack from the Panel.
Pop-Up: The pop-up displays on the main desktop screen and greys out minimized applications or tabs (if open). Even in full-screen mode, the pop-up will still appear. Once you exit full-screen, the pop-up will be shown on the main screen.
Pop-up Critical: The pop-up displays on the main desktop screen and greys out minimized applications or tabs (if open). When working with full-screen mode, you will be taken to the main desktop screen where the Pop-up is displayed.
Snooze and Delivery Mode
The following table shows the display of Pop-ups when Snooze is enabled. To know more about Snooze, see Notifications.
Notification | Pop-Up | Pop-up (Critical) | |
---|---|---|---|
Display Pop-ups when Snooze is on | Snooze applicable | Snooze applicable | Snooze not applicable |
