Whatfix's Product Analytics enables businesses to track and analyze their users' actions and interactions with their products or applications.
Use the following steps to enable Product Analytics for your account:

On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Settings.

Click Analytics.

In the Analytics page, select the Enable Whatfix Analytics checkbox.

To capture and view analytics data across different stages, add the stages using the dropdown.

- By default, the data is captured from the Production stage.
- For more information on how to get analytics data across stages, see Get Analytics Data across CLM Stages.
- To visualize the data in the timezone of your choice, select the required timezone using the dropdown.

- By default, the analytics data is shown in the GMT+5:30 timezone.
- When you change the timezone in the Analytics section, Whatfix enables you to visualize the data in the chosen timezone in Product Analytics.
Note
The Block analytics data from specific environment section is not applicable to DAP on OS.
