Upload Images to your Dashboard

One of the ways to improve retention and recall of information is to make your content more visual. Whatfix enables you to upload images to the Dashboard and then insert them in your Whatfix content.
Use the following steps to upload an image to your Dashboard:

On the Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click All content.

Go to the Draft stage.

Click the Create content button.

Click Image.
-
On the IMAGE pop-up, enter the Display Text.

Drag and drop the image from your local drive or click Browse to select the image from your local drive/library.

Only .JPEG, .JPG, GIF, and .PNG image files that are less than 10 MB in size are currently supported.

Up to 100 images (including all file versions) can be uploaded per ENT.

Add search keywords and tags to your image as required.

Click Save.

View the image content that you just created in the Draft Stage of the Dashboard.

A link is generated for the image uploaded from your local drive/library. You can find this link inside the image content you created on the Dashboard, and then insert it in your Whatfix content.

The image you upload to your Whatfix Dashboard is stored in the Whatfix cloud.
