Use these insights to understand learner behavior in the mirrored application. For example, in a “Lead-to-Opportunity” Workflow, you can see if your users face friction while adding products. > [!WARNING] > Note: > > Whatfix automatically generates Funnel Insights for the Workflows you create. Funnel Insights automatically update to reflect any changes in the Workflow. To access the auto-generated insight, go to the [Product Analytics dashboard](/product-analytics/docs/how-can-i-access-the-product-analytics-dashboard). Expand the following accordions for more details: **Understand the Funnel modules** Funnels are built using the following modules: 1. [Add funnel steps](/mirror/docs/funnel-introduction#add-funnel-steps) 2. [User filter](/mirror/docs/funnel-introduction#user-filter) 3. [Time taken to complete the funnel](/mirror/docs/funnel-introduction#time-taken-to-complete-the-funnel) ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/Comp_PA_Mirror_Funnel(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-29T12%3A18%3A49Z&se=2026-10-29T13%3A18%3A49Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=KM4lCBfGxEoafAgze2J2i1mdWfuFn9IS8XJczrGuUNY%3D) ### Add funnel steps Whatfix enables you to create a Funnel using **Flows**, **Workflows**, **Custom events,** and **Page view**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/PA_Mirror_Workflows.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-29T12%3A18%3A49Z&se=2026-10-29T13%3A18%3A49Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=KM4lCBfGxEoafAgze2J2i1mdWfuFn9IS8XJczrGuUNY%3D) - [**Flows**](/mirror/docs/what-are-flows-1): A Flow created in the Mirror provides step-by-step guidance that enables your end user to complete a Mirror Workflow. - [**Workflows**](/mirror/docs/understand-workflows-and-simulations): A Workflow is a sequence of captured Mirror Screens representing a specific user journey or process. - **Custom events**: A Custom event represents specific interactions or triggers configured in Mirror, such as User Actions. Combine these events in a Funnel Insight to analyze user behavior and identify stages where users spend more time or drop off. - **Page view**: Add the exact URL of the specific Mirror screen to measure how many users reach that screen and where they exit the Workflow. > [!NOTE] > Info: > > Whatfix enables you to create Funnels with only Page View as well. ### User filter User filters enable you to narrow down the data shown by applying conditions based on user properties, such as browser, operating system, city, or country. For more information on User filters that can be added to Funnels, see [Filter Insights data using User filters and User breakdown in Mirror](/mirror/docs/filter-insights-data-using-user-filters-in-mirror). **Example**: For a specific Workflow, refine the results to show data only for those who interacted with the Funnel events from the Chrome browser or from a specific cohort. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/Mirror_PA_component_2(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-29T12%3A18%3A49Z&se=2026-10-29T13%3A18%3A49Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=KM4lCBfGxEoafAgze2J2i1mdWfuFn9IS8XJczrGuUNY%3D) > [!WARNING] > Note: > > - To exclude specific filter values for which you don't require data, see [How can I exclude filter values in Product Analytics?](/product-analytics/docs/how-can-i-exclude-values-from-user-filters) > - To exclude blank filter values from your data, see [How can I exclude blank filter values in Insights?](/product-analytics/docs/how-can-i-exclude-blank-filter-values-in-insights) ### Time taken to complete the funnel With **Select completion time**, create a Productivity Funnel and filter your learners based on the time they take to complete the Funnel steps. It considers the fastest time taken between each Funnel step per user, averaged across all users. This can help you understand: - The number of users completing a process within the expected time or the shortest time possible. - The point of friction in the process is preventing learners from completing the process within the expected time. Users can be filtered based on the number of days, hours, or minutes they take to complete the Funnel. For example, filter learners who complete a process in less than five minutes. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/Mirror_PA_component_3(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-29T12%3A18%3A49Z&se=2026-10-29T13%3A18%3A49Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=KM4lCBfGxEoafAgze2J2i1mdWfuFn9IS8XJczrGuUNY%3D) > [!NOTE] > Info: > > The completion time filter is applied to all steps in a Funnel. **Steps to create a Funnel Insight** Use the following steps to create a Funnel Insight for a Mirror Workflow: 1. This behavior also applies to Flows and User Actions. A mirrored application simulates a web application and results from the mirroring process. The mirrored application serves as the Mirror of the web application. Funnels are a series of sequential events that help you analyze and understand how your end users navigate an application process. A sequence of captured mirror screens representing a specific user journey or process (e.g., "How to create a Lead in Salesforce?"). A replica of an application screen captured based on a UI element. Dashboards are a Product Analytics reporting feature that enables you to visualize your insights. They provide information at a glance to help you make data-driven decisions. Shows overall behavior and engagement for both identified and anonymous (unidentified) users. Users that Whatfix can detect and identify using a unique User ID. Users that Whatfix cannot identify. These users are denoted by the Anonymized Whatfix IDs rather than an actual User ID.
