Use an Assessment to evaluate how accurately and independently your learners can complete the Workflows in that Simulation. Mirror also captures performance metrics and displays analytics that reveal how your users interact with each Workflow. For example, you can create an Assessment for five crucial Workflows that your users must complete as part of their training program. Additionally, you can choose whether to require completion of all Workflows for full compliance or set a Pass criteria that defines how many Workflows users must complete to demonstrate proficiency. This ensures that only users who meet the proficiency requirement complete the training. > [!WARNING] > Note: > > - Only users with **Account Manager** and **Content Manager** roles can access and view the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard. > - Assessments are supported only for Simulations. They do not apply to individual Workflows. To assess a specific Workflow or multiple Workflows, add it to a Simulation first. For more information, see [Create Simulations and add Mirror Workflows](/mirror/docs/create-simulations-and-add-workflows). > - Whatfix enables you to create an Assessment only in the **Draft** and **Ready** stages. Expand the following accordions for more details: ****Create a Simulation and add Workflows**** Use the following steps to create a Simulation and add Workflows: 1. Whatfix Mirror is an application simulation software that provides an immersive and interactive simulation of any web application. An interactive evaluation created by using existing Simulations to measure how proficiently end users complete tasks without assistance. A sequence of captured mirror screens representing a specific user journey or process (e.g., "How to create a Lead in Salesforce?"). A feature that enables you to connect and link multiple Mirror Workflows to represent a complex user journey across an application or ecosystem. Workflows added to a simulation are automatically linked. Defines how many Workflows a user must complete to pass an Assessment. Based on your requirement, you can set it to include all Workflows or a specific number needed to demonstrate proficiency. A mode within Simulation that facilitates the connection and interaction of workflows within the simulated environment. Playground mode is enabled by default. The Task List is a widget that gives you the ability to assign a list of topics/tasks users must complete as part of a training program. ## Related - [Best Practices for Assessments](/best-practices-for-assessments.md) - [Understand Playground Mode](/understand-playground-mode.md)
