Whatfix Mirror enables you to edit a Roleplay attached to a Workflow. This helps you maintain the Roleplay scenarios relevant, accurate, and aligned with recent updates or process changes in the Workflow.
For example, a Workflow that was originally designed to train learners to update a support ticket may later include a Roleplay that evaluates how empathetically a learner handles the customer while resolving the issue.
Editing a Roleplay attached to a Workflow includes the following components:
Title
Roleplay Link
Instructions for Learners
Note:
You can edit a Roleplay only when it is in the Draft or Ready stages.
Use the following steps to edit a Roleplay:
On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, hover your cursor over the Roleplay you want to edit.

Click the More icon.

Click Roleplay settings.

Edit the Title, Roleplay Link, or Instructions for Learners.

Info:
Based on your requirements, choose whether to edit the following:
Title: Manually edit the title when the Roleplay represents a different version, variation, or training scenario of the same Workflow. By default, the Roleplay title uses the name of the existing Workflow. However, you can edit the title of the Roleplay if required.
Roleplay Link: Change the Roleplay link only if you want to attach a different Roleplay.
Instructions for Learners: Modify instructions when the Workflow changes or when additional context is needed to guide learners effectively during the Roleplay.
Click Update.

Info:
Editing a Roleplay reflects the required changes for your learners when they access the Roleplay.

Note:
Preview the Roleplay to verify that your changes display correctly and function as intended. For more information, see Preview a Roleplay in Mirror.
Share a Roleplay with other users or teams to gather feedback or extend training coverage. For more information, see Share a Roleplay in Mirror.
