Mirror 2.0: GenAI Training Simulation (AI Roleplay) Beta

What is new?

Whatfix Mirror now supports AI-powered Roleplay, enabling you to combine workflow training with realistic, scenario-based conversations in a single, unified session.

This release introduces interactive Roleplays where your learners can practice completing Workflows while handling real-world situations such as customer escalations, performance discussions, or troubleshooting scenarios.

Previously, Mirror supported only workflow-based training. With Mirror 2.0, you can now bring Workflow and conversation training together in one seamless session, helping your learners apply what they learn in Workflows to real conversations and decision-making.

Why does it matter to me? 

Traditional employee training separates system navigation from behavioral readiness. As a result, learners often struggle to apply both skills simultaneously once they enter live production environments.

With AI Roleplay, you can now merge workflows with realistic dialogue-based practice, ensuring that your learners are proficient in the system and confident in handling customers and decision-making scenarios.

This results in faster learner readiness, greater confidence in handling customer and system interactions, and a lower risk of errors by identifying and addressing gaps early in training.

How do I do this? 

Mirror with Roleplay is a Beta feature that requires an integrated setup. Use the Sign up for Beta button to enable the feature.

Mirror Analytics: Funnel Insights Updates GA

What is new? 

The Funnel Insights experience in Mirror Analytics has been redesigned to make data generation faster, clearer, and more reliable. You can now select your Mirror Workflow directly from a dropdown to generate Funnel Insights instantly, without the need for manual screen mapping or searching for Workflow IDs.

Mirror automatically names and orders screens based on the actual simulation flow, ensuring your Funnel Insights accurately reflect the learner journey from start to finish. These insights are ready instantly and can be reviewed, shared, or used directly in Assessments.

Why does it matter to me?

Previously, you had to manually find Workflow IDs, rename screens, and reorder steps to generate usable Funnel Insights. This process was time-consuming and often led to inconsistent data.

With this update, Funnel Insights are now generated automatically with clear screen names in the correct order, so you can quickly understand learner progress through a simulation without any manual setup.

The new experience makes it easier to analyze learner journeys, identify drop-offs, and use these insights to refine training Workflows or Assessments.

How do I do this? 

The updated Funnel Insights experience is available for all users without any additional configuration.
