Share a Roleplay in Mirror

Whatfix Mirror enables you to share a Roleplay attached to a Workflow with your learners as a link. Sharing a Roleplay gives your learners access to practice scenarios, gain feedback from the Roleplay, and reinforce their learning through practice.

Note:

You can only share Roleplays that are in the Ready or Production stages.

Use the following steps to share a Roleplay:

1. On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, hover your cursor over the Roleplay you want to share.

   

2. Click the More icon.

   

3. Click Share.

   

4. Under Workflow with roleplay, click Copy and share the link with your learners.

   Info:

   Based on your requirements, you can choose to share one of the following:

   - Workflow without roleplay: Copies the Workflow link without the Roleplay setup.

   - Workflow with roleplay: Copies the Workflow link that includes the Roleplay experience.

   

Once your learners engage with the shared Roleplay, analytics such as completion count and time to complete are recorded. These insights help you track learner engagement and performance.

Note:

Roleplay Analytics become available only once your learners interact with the shared Roleplay. These analytics are available in the Roleplay Admin Dashboard.
