Whatfix enables you to delete a Mirror Workflow when it is no longer required. This helps you keep your Mirror workspace organized and free of outdated and unused Workflows. Delete a Mirror Workflow from Whatfix Studio or the Whatfix Mirror dashboard.
Note:
- Once you delete a Mirror Workflow, you cannot restore it.
- Deleting a Mirror Workflow removes all screens that are stored in the Mirror folder.

Expand the following accordions to delete a Mirror Workflow:
Whatfix Studio
Use the following steps to delete a Mirror Workflow with Whatfix Studio:
Launch Whatfix Studio on your application.
Click Mirror.
Select the Mirror Workflow you want to delete, and then click the Delete icon.
In the dialog box that appears, click Delete.
Note:
Whatfix automatically generates insights when you create a Mirror. To delete these insights along with the Mirror, select the checkbox Delete trend insights created for the folder.
Whatfix Mirror Dashboard
Use the following steps to delete a Mirror Workflow with the Whatfix Mirror dashboard:
On the Whatfix Mirror dashboard, select the Mirror Workflow you want to delete.
Click Delete.
Click Delete to confirm.
Note:
Deleting a Workflow from the Whatfix Mirror dashboard does not delete its associated insights. This includes both the Trend Insight and Funnel Insight. Whatfix deletes these insights only when you delete the Workflow directly from Whatfix Studio.
