Edit Funnels

Funnel Insights are automatically created when you create a Mirror Workflow. Whatfix enables you to edit and customize the Insights according to your needs. For example, add a new step to the process or rearrange the Funnel steps according to your use case. Funnel steps include Flows, Page views, and Custom events.

Use the following steps to edit Funnels:

1. On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.
   

2. Select the Funnel Insight you want to edit.
   

3. Click Expand setup to expand the funnel steps section.
   

4. Whatfix enables you to perform the following actions on your Funnel Insight:
   Add new Funnel Steps: There may be a new step introduced in the workflow that you want to track. For instance, track how many users are interacting with that screen.

   Rearrange Funnel Steps: The order of steps in your Funnel Insights can impact your data. Rearrange the Funnel steps according to your needs.

6. Click Save.
