Share an Assessment

Whatfix enables you to share an Assessment with your end users to evaluate whether they can perform tasks independently after completing training. When you share the Assessment, the link opens a real-time, interactive experience without any visual cues or Guidance content.

Note:

• Only Assessments in the Ready and Production stages can be shared.

• If you enable Playground Mode for the Simulation, it remains enabled for the Assessment. If not, the Assessment opens without Playground Mode.

• To share Assessments in Ready, perform similar steps as follows in the Ready stage.

Use the following steps to share an Assessment:

1. On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, go to the Production stage.

   

2. Hover your cursor over the Assessment that you want to share.

   

3. Click the More icon.

   

4. Click Share.

   

5. Click Copy, and then share the link with your end users.

When you share an Assessment, Whatfix generates insights to track your end users’ performance. For more information, see Assessment Analytics.
