Task List in Mirror

Whatfix Tasklist integrates with Whatfix Mirror, enabling Task Lists to function within the simulated mirrored web application. This mirrored environment eliminates errors in the live application and simplifies new employee onboarding. For instance, during the rollout of new software across departments, a mirrored application can host a Task List outlining mandatory employee tasks.

This Task List is accessible from an icon, located on the bottom left (configurable) of the mirrored application, and can trigger other Whatfix content, such as Flows.

Use cases

• New employee onboarding: A list of activities that need to be completed by new employees in the mirrored application to deliver a consistent onboarding and training experience.

• Learning a process: A list of activities that involves a process (step-by-step tasks) that must be completed by your employees under a strict time period. For example, uploading necessary documents on a payment portal. This task can be performed in a sequence on the mirrored application of the payment portal.
