What are Whatfix Pop-ups?

Whatfix Pop-ups are informational widgets used to deliver urgent messages or updates. Whatfix offers six Pop-up templates. These templates cover various types of information and announcements. For more information, see Choose the Pop-up template.

Whatfix Mirror enables you to create interactive simulations of your web application that closely resemble the live environment. Use Pop-ups in Mirror to deliver timely notifications and updates, improving the user experience during training or onboarding.

Use Pop-ups to:

• Introduce new features to your users and give them a product walkthrough by attaching the Pop-up with Flows.
• Notify users about product or software updates.
