# Error: The screen you're trying to access isn't available in the current stage

#### Issue

When you preview a Flow that uses a stage-specific Mirror URL from the Whatfix Guidance Dashboard, the preview fails to load. The Flow might not display the Mirror Screen during preview when there is a [Content Lifecycle Management (CLM) stage](/studio/docs/understanding-whatfix-stages) mismatch between the Flow and the Mirror. This can happen in the following scenarios:

- The Flow and the Mirror are in different stages.
- The Flow uses a Mirror URL from a stage different from the Flow’s current stage.

For example, the Flow might be in the **Ready** stage while the Mirror is in the **Production** stage. Since the Mirror URL is different for each stage, a mismatch prevents the Mirror Screen from displaying during preview.

#### Suggested Solutions

- Ensure that the Flow and the Mirror are in the same stage.
- Update the source URL of the Flow to match the Mirror’s stage-specific URL.

For example, if the Flow is in the **Ready** stage, replace the Flow’s current source URL with the Mirror URL from the **Ready** stage.
