The exported package is compatible with SCORM-compliant LMSs. When you export a Roleplay as a SCORM package, your learners can access the Mirror Workflow with Roleplay interactions embedded directly from their Learning Management System (LMS). For example, you can export a customer support Workflow with an attached AI Roleplay as a SCORM package and add it to a new-hire onboarding course in your LMS. Learners then follow the steps to resolve a support ticket while the Avatar (AI) plays a frustrated customer demanding a quick resolution, without leaving the LMS. When Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Guidance content such as Pop-ups, Smart Tips or Beacons, is present for the Mirror Workflow, it appears in the exported SCORM package only if both the Mirror Workflow and the associated DAP widget(s) are in the **Production** stage. For more information, see [DAP Guidance on Mirror](/mirror/docs/dap-guidance-on-mirror) and [Create DAP Guidance on Mirror](/mirror/docs/create-dap-guidance-on-mirror). > [!NOTE] > Info: > > If you use Auto Flow Creation to create a Flow for a Mirror Workflow, the SCORM package also includes the auto-created Flow. The Flow moves across stages with its Mirror Workflow, so both are in the **Production** stage when you export the SCORM package. If the Mirror Workflow has no auto-created Flow, the SCORM package does not include a Flow. For more information, see [Auto Flow Creation](/mirror/docs/auto-flow-creation). > [!WARNING] > Note: > > - To enable SCORM export, contact [support@whatfix.com](mailto:support@whatfix.com?subject=Request%20to%20enable%20SCORM%20&body=Hi%20Whatfix%20Support%20Team%2C%0A%0APlease%20enable%20SCORM%20for%20my%20account.%0AENT%20Name%3A%0A%0AThank%20you%2C). > - You can export Mirror Roleplays as a SCORM package only from the **Production** stage. An AI-powered learning experience that combines a Mirror Workflow with an AI Roleplay to help learners practice application processes and real-world conversations in a simulated environment. SCORM stands for Sharable Content Object Reference Model. SCORM packages enable you to share web-based learning with ease and reuse it across different eLearning platforms. A sequence of captured mirror screens representing a specific user journey or process (e.g., "How to create a Lead in Salesforce?"). An AI-powered simulation that enables your learners to practice real-world conversations with an AI Persona in a predefined scenario. Guidance content refers to in-app content types such as Flows, Smart Tips, Beacons, and Pop-ups that guide users through tasks.
