This enables you to deliver interactive Mirror-based training as structured courses within your LMS. > [!WARNING] > Note: > > - To enable SCORM export, contact [support@whatfix.com](mailto:support@whatfix.com?subject=Request%20to%20enable%20SCORM&body=Hi%20Whatfix%20Support%20Team%2C%0A%0APlease%20enable%20SCORM%20for%20my%20account.%0A%0AThank%20you.). > - Whatfix supports [SCORM 1.2](https://scorm.com/scorm-explained/technical-scorm/scorm-12-overview-for-developers/) and [SCORM 2004](https://scorm.com/scorm-explained/technical-scorm/scorm-2004-overview-for-developers/) compliant LMS tools. For more information, see [What LMS tools does Whatfix Support?](/studio/docs/what-lms-does-whatfix-support) > - Currently, Whatfix does not support Mirror analytics for SCORM 2004. However, you can track learner progress and course completion through your LMS, where supported. Depending on your use case, you can export: - Mirror Workflows as SCORM packages for interactive simulations. For more information, see [Create a Mirror](/mirror/docs/create-whatfix-mirror-1) and [Export a Mirror Workflow as a SCORM Package](/mirror/docs/export-a-mirror-workflow-as-a-scorm-package). - Mirror Assessments as SCORM packages to evaluate learner performance. For more information, see [Assessments in Whatfix Mirror](/mirror/docs/assessments-in-whatfix-mirror) and [Export an Assessment as a SCORM Package](/mirror/docs/export-an-assessment-as-a-scorm-package). - Mirror Mirror Roleplays as SCORM-based programs for workflow and conversation practice. For more information, see [Mirror with Roleplay](/mirror/docs/mirror-with-roleplay) and [Export a Mirror Roleplay as a SCORM Package](/mirror/docs/export-a-mirror-roleplay-as-a-scorm-package). After the export is complete, upload the package to your LMS to make it available to learners as part of your training curriculum. #### How Mirror integrates with an LMS Mirror integrates with an LMS by packaging Mirror content as SCORM courses that you can upload and deliver through the LMS. When learners access the course from the LMS, the Mirror simulation loads as the training experience, enabling your learners to interact with the simulation and follow guided steps as part of the course. This approach ensures that Mirror content remains interactive while being delivered through standard LMS workflows, without requiring any LMS-specific plugins or integrations. > [!NOTE] > Info: > > When Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Guidance content such as Pop-ups, Smart Tips or Beacons, is present for the Mirror Workflow, it appears in the exported SCORM package only if both the Mirror Workflow and the associated DAP widget(s) are in the **Production** stage. For more information, see [DAP Guidance on Mirror](/mirror/docs/dap-guidance-on-mirror) and [Create DAP Guidance on Mirror](/mirror/docs/create-dap-guidance-on-mirror). #### When to use LMS integration Use LMS integration when you want to: - Deliver Mirror content as part of a formal training program. - Track learner progress and completion through your LMS for Mirror content delivered as courses. - Standardize training delivery across teams and regions. #### Authentication considerations Access to Mirror content through an LMS depends on the authentication requirements of the underlying application as well as the Mirror. - If the application requires authentication, learners must log in to the application to access the Mirror content from the LMS If the application does not require authentication, learners can access Mirror content directly from the LMS. - If the Mirror has Single Sign-on (SSO) or Email Based Authenticaction requires authentication, learners must log in when accessing Mirror content from the LMS. For more information, see [Set up End-User Authentication](/mirror/docs/set-up-end-user-authentication), [Set up Single Sign On](/mirror/docs/set-up-single-sign-on) and [Set Up Email-Based Authentication](/mirror/docs/set-up-email-based-authentication). Whatfix Mirror is an application simulation software that provides an immersive and interactive simulation of any web application. SCORM stands for Sharable Content Object Reference Model. SCORM packages enable you to share web-based learning with ease and reuse it across different eLearning platforms. A sequence of captured mirror screens representing a specific user journey or process (e.g., "How to create a Lead in Salesforce?"). An interactive evaluation created by using existing Simulations to measure how proficiently end users complete tasks without assistance. An AI-powered learning experience that combines a Mirror Workflow with an AI Roleplay to help learners practice application processes and real-world conversations in a simulated environment. Guidance content refers to in-app content types such as Flows, Smart Tips, Beacons, and Pop-ups that guide users through tasks. Single Sign-on is a user authentication method that allows users to log in to multiple applications and websites with one set of credentials.
