Mirror Analytics provides insights into how your learners engage with Workflows in Whatfix Mirror, helping you track performance, measure training effectiveness, and refine learning experiences. The in-built Mirror Analytics on the Mirror Dashboard displays engagement and performance insights that empower you to make data-driven improvements.
The Analytics section enables you to:
Track how learners interact with your Workflows, including who's accessing them and how often.
Identify where learners drop off or struggle in specific Workflow steps to address friction and enhance learning outcomes.
Use the insights to refine your Simulations, improve learning outcomes, and boost training.
Evaluate learner readiness and task proficiency in real-world scenarios.
Monitor patterns and trends that shape long-term training outcomes.
Expand the following accordions to learn more about each type of Mirror Analytics.
Workflow Analytics
Workflow Analytics focuses on how learners engage with Mirror Workflows. It highlights patterns of usage and overall progress, helping you determine if Workflows are guiding your learners effectively. For more information, see Create a Mirror Workflow.
With Workflow Analytics, you can:
Track Workflow usage trends, including how many learners start, access, and complete Workflows.
Identify the most accessed, abandoned, and completed Workflows to evaluate performance.
Assess Workflow completion by analyzing usage status and unique user completions.
For more information, see Workflow Analytics.

Assessment Analytics
Assessment Analytics measures learner performance in Assessments, where Workflows run without any DAP Guidance. It helps you evaluate proficiency and readiness to perform tasks independently. For more information, see Create an Assessment.
With Assessment Analytics, you can:
Assess learner proficiency by tracking Assessment attempts, passes, failures, and completion rates.
Identify Workflows with lower completion rates, which highlight areas where learners might require additional training.
Analyze Workflow-level performance within Assessments, including the number of learners who attempted and completed each Workflow.
For more information, see Assessment Analytics.

Roleplay Analytics
Roleplay Analytics measures learner participation and performance in Roleplay-enabled Workflows. It provides detailed insights into how learners interact with Roleplays, including their engagement levels and evaluation scores, helping you assess the effectiveness of Roleplay-based training. For more information, see Create a Roleplay.
With Roleplay Analytics, you can:
Track overall participation metrics, including how many learners started or completed Roleplays, and monitor attempt counts across your training programs.
View learner-level details such as attempt history, AI-generated evaluation scores, and feedback on strengths and areas for improvement for each Roleplay attempt.
Compare performance across multiple attempts made by the same learner to identify progress and measure skill development over time.
For more information, see Roleplay Analytics.

Product Analytics for Mirror
Product Analytics for Mirror provides a broader view of learner behavior at the Workflow level, which enables you to filter and breakdown data based on various parameters to analyze user behavior.
With Product Analytics, you can:
Visualize learner journeys with Funnels to understand how learners progress through a Workflow and where the most frequent drop-offs occur between Workflow steps.
Visualize Workflow engagement with Trend Insights and compare how many learners start and complete Workflows.
Create and customize Dashboards to organize your Insights, and export Dashboards for reporting and sharing.
Note:
Whatfix does not currently support User Journeys for Mirror workflows
