The in-built Mirror Analytics on the Mirror Dashboard displays engagement and performance insights that empower you to make data-driven improvements. The Analytics section enables you to: - Track how learners interact with your Workflows, including who's accessing them and how often. - Identify where learners drop off or struggle in specific Workflow steps to address friction and enhance learning outcomes. - Use the insights to refine your Simulations, improve learning outcomes, and boost training. - Evaluate learner readiness and task proficiency in real-world scenarios. - Monitor patterns and trends that shape long-term training outcomes. It highlights patterns of usage and overall progress, helping you determine if Workflows are guiding your learners effectively. A sequence of captured mirror screens representing a specific user journey or process (e.g., "How to create a Lead in Salesforce?"). Whatfix Mirror is an application simulation software that provides an immersive and interactive simulation of any web application. A feature that enables you to connect and link multiple Mirror Workflows to represent a complex user journey across an application or ecosystem. Workflows added to a simulation are automatically linked. In-app content types such as Flows, Smart Tips, Beacons, and Pop-ups that guide users through tasks. An AI-powered learning experience that combines a Mirror Workflow with an AI Roleplay to help learners practice application processes and real-world conversations in a simulated environment. Funnels are a series of sequential events that help you analyze and understand how your end users navigate an application process. Trend Insights turns your engagement-related queries, such as the number of users who have completed Flows or the number of users who have clicked the button on your Pop-up, into actionable insights. Dashboards are a Product Analytics reporting feature that enables you to visualize your insights. They provide information at a glance to help you make data-driven decisions.
