Each Trend Insight uses Mirror events that trigger when a learner interacts with a [Mirror Workflow](/mirror/docs/create-a-mirror-workflow), [Roleplay](/mirror/docs/create-an-ai-roleplay), or [Assessment](/mirror/docs/create-an-assessment). Use **Event** **Filters** and **Event Breakdowns** to narrow a chart to specific events and compare performance across them. For more information, see [Create a Trend Insight in Mirror](/mirror/docs/create-a-trend-insight-in-mirror) and [Filter Events using Event Filters and Breakdowns in Trend Insights](/mirror/docs/event-filters-and-breakdown-in-trend-insights). Use the following sections to find events based on what you want to analyze: - **Workflow events** measure how learners move through a Workflow. - **Assessment events** measure how learners perform in an Assessment. - **Roleplay events** measure how learners perform in a Roleplay-enabled Workflow. > [!WARNING] > Note: > > You can also view Workflow, Assessment, and Roleplay analytics directly in the Mirror Analytics Dashboard. For more information, see [Mirror Analytics](/mirror/docs/mirror-analytics). ### Workflow Events The following Workflow events are available in Trend Insights: | **Event Name** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | **Mirror Screen Viewed** | Tracks when a learner views a Mirror Screens. For example, this event records each Mirror Screen a learner moves through in a Workflow and helps you identify where learners drop off. | | **Workflow Completed** | Tracks when a learner completes every Mirror Screen in a Mirror Workflow. For example, this event records when a learner reaches the final screen of a five-Screen Workflow. | | **Workflow Started** | Tracks when a learner starts a Mirror Workflow. For example, this event records when a learner opens the first Mirror Screen of a Workflow that you shared with them. | > [!NOTE] > Info: > > Analyze Workflow events and learner activity over time in Trend Insights. Additionally, you can view Workflow usage, completion, and proficiency data in Workflow Analytics from the Mirror Analytics Dashbord. For more information, see [Visualize a Workflow using Trend Insights](/mirror/docs/create-a-trend-insight-in-mirror) and [Workflow Analytics](/mirror/docs/workflow-analytics). ### Assessment Events The following Assessment events are available in Trend Insights: | **Event Name** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | **Assessment Attempted** | Tracks when a learner attempts an Assessment. For example, this event records when a learner accesses the landing screen of an Assessment that contains five Workflows. | | **Assessment Passed** | Tracks when a learner passes an Assessment by meeting its required Pass criteria. For example, this event records when a learner completes at least three of the five Workflows in an Assessment that has a Pass criteria of three Workflows. | > [!NOTE] > Info: > > Analyze Assessment attempts and learner performance over time in Trend Insights. Additionally, you can view Assessment performance and completion data in Assessment Analytics from the Mirror Analytics Dashboard. For more information, see [Visualize an Assessment using Trend Insights](/mirror/docs/visualize-an-assessment-using-trend-insights) and [Assessment Analytics](/mirror/docs/assessment-analytics). ### Roleplay Events The following Roleplay events are available in Trend Insights: | **Event Name** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | **Workflow and Roleplay completed** | Tracks when a learner completes a Workflow and Roleplay. For example, this event records when a learner finishes a Mirror Roleplay session. | | **Workflow and Roleplay Ended** | Tracks when a Workflow and Roleplay session ends for a learner. For example, this event records when the learner or the Persona ends a Roleplay session before completion. | | **Workflow or Roleplay Started** | Tracks when a learner starts a Workflow or Roleplay. For example, this event records when a learner clicks **Start Session** or interacts with the first Mirror Screens of a Roleplay-enabled Workflow. | > [!NOTE] > Info: > > Analyze Roleplay activity and learner progress over time in Trend Insights. Additionally, you can view attempt-level scores and AI feedback in Roleplay Analytics from the Mirror Analytics Dashboard. For more information, see [Visualize a Roleplay using Trend Insights](/mirror/docs/visualize-a-roleplay-using-trend-insights) and [Roleplay Analytics](/mirror/docs/roleplay-analytics). > [!WARNING] > Note: > > - Select the required chart type to visualize the data for your Insight. For more information, see [Understand the chart types in Trend Insights](/product-analytics/docs/understand-trend-insights). > - You can filter data based on **Daily**, **Weekly**, and **Monthly** timeframes. > - To exclude specific filter values from your data, see [How can I exclude filter values while analyzing events?](/product-analytics/docs/how-can-i-exclude-values-from-user-filters). > - Use Ask Whatfix AI to generate AI-powered summaries of your Trend Insights. This helps you interpret the data and identify key patterns. For more information, see [Introduction to Ask Whatfix AI](/product-analytics/docs/ask-whatfix-ai-2). Trend Insights turns your engagement-related queries, such as the number of users who have completed Flows or the number of users who have clicked the button on your Pop-up, into actionable insights. A sequence of captured mirror screens representing a specific user journey or process (e.g., "How to create a Lead in Salesforce?"). An interactive evaluation created by using existing Simulations to measure how proficiently end users complete tasks without assistance. A replica of an application screen captured based on a UI element. Defines how many Workflows a user must complete to pass an Assessment. Based on your requirement, you can set it to include all Workflows or a specific number needed to demonstrate proficiency. Defines the AI Avatar in a Roleplay, including its gender, voice and accent, language, personality, and behavioral characteristics, to enable realistic, scenario-based interactions with your learners.
