You can also track learner engagement with each Workflow and review detailed analytics in Mirror Analytics Dashboard. For more information, see [Mirror Analytics](/mirror/docs/mirror-analytics). Once you’ve captured a Mirror Screen from Whatfix Studio, use the Mirror Dashboard to organize, configure, and publish Workflows and Simulations on your application. > [!WARNING] > Note: > > - Only users with **Content Manager** and **Account Manager** roles can access and view the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard. > - By default, all captured Mirrors appear in the **Draft** stage of the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, and are also available on Whatfix Studio. The following sections explain the interactions in each stage of the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard: - [Draft](/mirror/docs/overview-of-the-whatfix-mirror-dashboard#draft) - [Ready](/mirror/docs/overview-of-the-whatfix-mirror-dashboard#ready) - [Production](/mirror/docs/overview-of-the-whatfix-mirror-dashboard#production) ## **Draft** - In the Draft stage, you can create Simulations, add Assessments and attach Mirror Roleplays to a Workflow. You can also rename, duplicate, or delete Workflows and Simulations. - Move the selected Workflows and Simulations that are ready for review from the **Draft** to the **Ready** stage. Here's an overview of the **Draft** stage: ![Mirror_Db_Draft.gif](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/Mirror_Db_Draft.gif?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-29T11%3A24%3A42Z&se=2026-10-29T12%3A24%3A42Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=SeYIHmwWbCORYJRGgp%2BX242TwyCGPFZf1ALZ8fNxcdM%3D) ## Ready - The **Ready** stage is where you can create Simulations, but not Workflows. Rename, Duplicate and Delete existing Workflows and Simulations. - If certain Workflows are not ready for your learners, move them back to the **Draft** stage. - Once the Workflow or Simulation is reviewed and tested, click **Publish** to move the Workflow or Simulation from the **Ready** stage to the **Production** stage. Here's an overview of the **Ready** stage: ![Mirror_Db_Ready.gif](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/Mirror_Db_Ready.gif?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-29T11%3A24%3A42Z&se=2026-10-29T12%3A24%3A42Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=SeYIHmwWbCORYJRGgp%2BX242TwyCGPFZf1ALZ8fNxcdM%3D) ## Production - The Production stage is where you Share the Workflow that is published for your end users. - If you no longer want your end users to see a particular Workflow or Simulation, move it to the Draft stage using Unpublish. - To edit a Workflow that is already in **Production**, click **Edit in Draft**. Whatfix creates a new version of the same Workflow in the **Draft** stage for you to edit and update by pushing it to production again. Your learners continue to see the current version of the Mirror Workflow. Here's an overview of the **Production** stage: ![Mirror_Db_Production.gif](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/Mirror_Db_Production.gif?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-29T11%3A24%3A42Z&se=2026-10-29T12%3A24%3A42Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=SeYIHmwWbCORYJRGgp%2BX242TwyCGPFZf1ALZ8fNxcdM%3D) A sequence of captured mirror screens representing a specific user journey or process (e.g., "How to create a Lead in Salesforce?"). A feature that enables you to connect and link multiple Mirror Workflows to represent a complex user journey across an application or ecosystem. Workflows added to a simulation are automatically linked. A replica of an application screen captured based on a UI element. The plug-in can be installed on Google Chrome and the new Microsoft Edge browsers. An interactive evaluation created by using existing Simulations to measure how proficiently end users complete tasks without assistance. An AI-powered learning experience that combines a Mirror Workflow with an AI Roleplay to help learners practice application processes and real-world conversations in a simulated environment.
